Anthony DiTommaso --- President

Mr. DiTommaso is a conscientious and passionate leader focused on creating a greener environment through developing water remediation solutions.

Throughout his career, Mr. DiTommaso has held various positions while being employed at his family’s 3rd generation construction company, Oilfield Construction Services Inc. It was during his tenure that the deficiencies in the water remediation industry became ever apparent.

“It is unacceptable that in the world today, the primary solution to water remediation is dilution,” states DiTommaso.

Integrated Water Technologies has assembled an unrivaled team of experts dedicated to providing true water remediation, using today’s technology to actually clean contaminated water and to protect our nation’s water resources.

Mr. DiTommaso and his team have successfully developed a groundbreaking patent pending process, FracPure™ Produced Water Remediation. This process has proven in a demonstration to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to be the only solution in the United States for complete “Frac Water” remediation.

As an avid outdoorsman, Mr. DiTommaso’s strong determination combined with his team building skills will continue to lead Integrated Water Technologies in solving water remediation challenges for industrial clients, communities and victims of natural disaster.

Mr. DiTommaso graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.


Leonid Klevitsky, P.E. ---- Director of Project Management

Mr. Klevitsky, a licensed P.E. in New York, has more than 35 years of experience in the heavy construction industry. He has had responsibility for several important projects including the construction of the new JFK International Arrivals Terminal and Terminal 5 Jet Blue at JFK. Both projects involved over 25,000 linear feet of 12”-14” jet fuel hydrant systems. During his career, he has managed over $1.5 billion in construction projects primarily in 14”-56” diameter high pressure natural gas and oil pipeline construction, underground storages for natural gas, natural gas compression and distribution stations, etc. Mr. Klevitsky has held previous engineering and supervisory positions in the United States and Ukraine. Mr. Klevitsky holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University in Rostov , Russia.


Gary Merritt, P.G --- Regulatory Affairs & Permitting

Mr. Merritt has been on Integrated Water Technologies’ Technical Committee since 2007.
Mr. Merrit is a licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania, with more than 27 years of experience in the energy industry. He currently provides technical consulting for large scale water treatment facilities, power plants, and energy development projects regarding regulatory  and non-regulatory affairs including water quality, solid waste management, mining and air quality.  Mr. Merritt provides expert analysis, reports and recommendations for compliance on proposed Federal and State environmental regulations.

He was previously appointed the Special Assistant On Energy and Coal by Pennsylvania’s Office of the Governor.  In this role, he developed statewide policies relating to energy and coal.  Prior to this, Mr. Merritt was the Director of Environmental Energy Management for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources, where he managed 400 people in creating programs, budgets, and environmental goals regulating mining, oil and gas development, deep mine safety and radiation protection.  Mr. Merritt has provided testimony for the Congress and Legislature of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Merritt has authored numerous publications on hydrogeologic waste management and  treatment.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Juniata College.
